Logistica Fanfani Mexico S.A. de C.V. - Mexico City - is an international freight forwarder founded in 2014 from the Fanfani Group of Italy. The Fanfani family has been active in the shipping business since 1875. Tuscania SRL was founded in 1972, and for years was a stevedoring company and terminal operators in the Port of Livorno. Later in 2000 the activity was oriented more and more to enter the final ring of the logistic chain and Tuscania started to offer forwarding services, import/export Customs service, warehousing, distribution, stock managements and all those services that brought Tuscania to become a solid forwarder. Later in 2010 some Italian clients asked Tuscania to look after the shipment of their Central-America's plants and Tuscania started to offer cross-trade services worldwide. In 2012 the name was changed and become Fanfani SRL whilst Tuscania remained as "brand" on house bills of lading. After the consolidation and development of traffic to/from the American continent, in 2014 the Family decided to open its own office and in September founded Logistica Fanfani Mexico S.A. de C.V. Polanco - D.F., Mexico City. The main target that brought LFM to enter WCA is to develop the transpacific trades by putting proper efforts and organization at disposal of Far-East colleagues.
